Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Foundation Versus Lancome Nude Miracle Matte Foundation Review

Matte Foundation Review Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Ultra Foundation  Versus Lancome Nude Miracle

Do you love Matte Foundation? Have you been looking for the perfect one and still not sure which one is good for your skin? Today I will be giving a review on the Urban Decay Naked Skin and Lancome Nude Miracle liquid foundations.

Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless foundation.
I have combination skin and I absolutely loved almost everything about this foundation.

Texture: It is very, very airy and really feels like you are wearing nothing on your skin. I really love how light it feels and doesn’t transfer on your hands, clothes, or anything. When I wear this foundation I do not have to set it with any powder, it dries to a matte, and doesn’t set in lines or feel dry, and doesn’t get patchy. Can it get any better?!?

Formula: It has a very light, liquid formula so when you pump it out, it looks almost like water. That’s totally okay, because that does not diminish the quality of the foundation. You just have to remember to shake it very well before each use.

Coverage: Medium coverage and buildable. If you choose the right shade, it will cover redness as well.

Cons: I really, really, wanted to stick with this foundation forever, because I loved it THAT much! However, I had to stop because it was irritating my skin. After several weeks of use, my skin got red in random patches, tiny breakouts started appearing, and the texture of my skin was getting worse by each use.  There is some ingredient that is not working well with my skin that I may possibly be allergic to, so I had to stop using it. This may not be true for your skin, but just pay attention if you do start using it.

The Lancome Nude Miracle Foundation

Texture:  The texture of this foundation is also very airy. I would say this is more of a semi-matte finish and may need to be set with powder depending on your skin.  Personally, I do have to set mine with powder when I use this foundation.

Formula: The formula of this foundation is also very light and runny. You do need to shake it well before use, so if you don’t mind that, it’s lovely!

Coverage:  The coverage is also a medium coverage. I was hoping to match Urban Decay’s Naked Foundation shade 3 exactly, but the colors are slightly different and have more of neutral undertones than yellow undertones as I was hoping.  It does cover redness if you choose the right shade for your skin.

Cons:  I was really hoping that this foundation with set exactly the same way urban decay’s foundation did without needing to set with powder, but I find when I don’t set it with powder, it tends to transfer on my hands and everywhere else.  I also wish they had more options with shades that had yellow undertones, but it is fairly close to the color I was looking for.

Pros:  NO BREAKOUTS! NO ALLERGIC REACTION! Definitely feels much healthier on my skin, and I can wear it consecutively without any worries.
Overall, you just have to listen to your skin, its needs, and then choose what you think will suit you best.

I hope this review was helpful to everyone, please don’t hesitate if you have any additional questions!

Have a lovely day!!!
